What’s the part where Groves “made claims at yesterday’s press conference that mail response rates for the 2010 Census were ahead of/on par with what they were in 2000″ as you stated in your previous post?
Perhaps I misheard precisely what was said, as I didn’t have a transcript in front of me. The fact of the matter is that they are way behind what they were at in 2000.
