This is a ridiculous simplification of the investment arena. In no way are these trends unknown, or about to enlighten the world following the census results!
And as for KB Homes…where are the unemployed going to get their money to buy homes?
If anybody DOES invest based upon the suggestions in this article, due diligence should include buying on dips and being prepared to hold for a LONG, LONG time.
